We offer everything from spicy and sweet Jamaican Jerk chicken to coco bread and even Ting to drink. Our Jamaican specialties include: tender Curry Goat with rice and beans, Beef Oxtail and Ackee & Saltfish.

Utah’s First Jamaican Food Truck!
Established 2017
Native born Jamaican chef Donovan has been working hard in the kitchen since he was 16. While he began as a dishwasher he quickly developed a passion for Jamaican cuisine and was mentored by a chef who inspired him to attend culinary school.
For more than 20 years now Chef Donovan has been living and working in the United States. He enjoys living in Utah and believes Salt Lake City is a great place to raise his children and operate his business. He prides himself in operating the first Jamaican food truck in Utah.
